Atlas Marine & Defense (ATLAS) was formed a joint venture between Apex Shipbuilding Unit and Technology Associates, Inc.  Both companies and their principals have a rich long heritage of bringing Maritime Solutions to successul fruition.  

The leadership of Atlas is responsible for bringing several billion US dollars in defense and commercial marine vessels to the US Navy, US Army, US Special Operations Command, US Coast Guard, NOAA and many international governments including the Phillippines, Venezuela, Oman, Equador, Iraq, Brazil, Dominican Republic, Bahamas, Sri Lanka, Saudi Arabia, Egypt and China.
